I would like to request for a refund for items purchased on LAC website. What should I do?
If you wish to request for a refund for item(s) purchased from our website, please email us at info@lac.com, where your request will be reviewed.
Prior to your request submission, please ensure compliance with the following:
1. Request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of item(s).
2. Your item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the sales invoice.
3. For orders outside of Singapore, please note that the shipping cost for return will be borne by the customer.
Important Note: Please note that LAC membership and Gift Cards are strictly are non-refundable and non-returnable.
